Oversee and optimize UKG HRIS and HCM applications, including security, workflows, integrations, configuration, testing, releases, reporting, dashboards, and data quality. The role also supports AML and KYC reviews, regulatory oversight, governance reporting, books and records requirements, policy maintenance, compliance training, forensic testing, and technology initiatives. The senior associate handles complex compliance matters, identifies process improvements, and participates in system enhancements.
