Manage OSHA documentation, SDS files, workers' compensation case support, permit and spill reporting, and safety committee coordination to promote a strong safety culture.

Generate new business via inbound and outbound phone outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos, promote events/webinars, research target accounts, and maintain contact/account databases. Meet call and meeting generation targets and support the regional sales team.

Sell Farmers Insurance policies by building client relationships, prospecting leads, and recommending Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty coverage. Manage leads with CRM, meet sales goals, maintain licensing, provide exceptional service, and pursue career development and potential agency ownership.

Own research-to-prototype pipeline for voice AI and agent orchestration: track emerging techniques, build and evaluate prototypes on real conversation data, run controlled model comparisons, document results, and hand off validated ideas to platform engineers.

Manage daily Data team operations, research and analyze datasets, build internal and external reports (including an annual Startup Ecosystem Ranking), and maintain/improve Python scripts and data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights.

Manage full employee lifecycle and HR operations for 25madison and early-stage incubations (onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, PEO management, policy compliance). Build and scale HR processes and tooling. Design and run portfolio community programming, communications, relationship mapping, and vetted service provider networks. Lead cross-functional platform projects and serve as primary operational resource for internal teams and portfolio founders.
