Own product marketing for Rec’s AI-powered recreation platform across public-sector Parks & Recreation agencies and private operators. Responsibilities include segment positioning, AI messaging, product launches, competitive strategy, win/loss analysis, pricing and packaging input, sales enablement, customer proof, and product partnership. Responsibilities include configuring routing, IVR, chatbots, AI self-service, outbound campaigns, Contact Lens analytics, CRM and AWS integrations, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, security, compliance, documentation, and tier-3 support. The engineer will also perform root-cause analysis, optimize contact-center KPIs, and help develop technical roadmaps.
