The Automation Specialist will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation systems in a fulfillment center, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include system diagnostics, collaboration with various teams, data analysis, and training technicians.

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services, APIs, integrations, and web applications. Own end-to-end features, improve CI/CD and observability, troubleshoot cross-service issues, participate on-call, and collaborate with product and leadership to deliver reliable production systems.

Provide on-site administrative support to the Community Manager and residents: enforce CC&Rs, deliver customer service, manage calendars/correspondence/databases, arrange meetings, assist inspections, coordinate vendors, perform basic A/P and A/R tasks, maintain association records and clubhouse supplies, and perform other duties as directed.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and multi-location accounts focused on renewal retention. Perform 40–60 outbound calls daily to present, quote, upsell, close renewals, and process orders. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and LiveClicker, coordinate with local divisions and agencies, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze and report campaign performance, recommend optimization strategies, ensure CAN-SPAM and mobile optimization best practices, and compile and share eMarketing best practices across the company.

Support daily HR operations across two companies, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance (I-9, FMLA, FMCSA/DOT), HRIS/payroll support, benefits administration, and HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
