Lead strategic enterprise sales for Dexterity's robotics and Physical AI solutions with Fortune 100 and large customers. Develop account strategies, build executive relationships, create value-based business cases, drive complex consultative sales cycles to close deals, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasts, and expand accounts to meet revenue and margin targets.

Design, deploy, and support VMware-based private cloud (SDDC/HCI/SDN) solutions. Create high/low-level designs, run POCs and health checks, perform upgrades/patching, troubleshoot RCAs, and provide SLA-aligned technical support while collaborating with architects and customers.

Translate business needs into technical recommendations, define OT/IT data requirements, participate in design workshops, coordinate with site operations, vendors and IT partners, and document implementation best practices and lessons learned.

Lead end-to-end product design for core web and mobile features serving hourly workers. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data to prototype, iterate, and ship polished, accessible experiences while contributing to and extending the design system.
