Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Investigate and escalate issues, provide tailored solutions, stay current on policies and systems, and analyze customer data to identify trends and best practices to improve partner performance.

Drive revenue growth within provider markets by identifying, engaging, closing new business, and upselling existing clients. Build strategic relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, manage pipeline/CRM, respond to RFPs, meet revenue and retention targets, and travel frequently to territory locations.

Lead and mature the enterprise risk management program by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks; build data-driven risk insights using AI, dashboards and Power BI; advise leaders and Board committees; drive workshops, training, and monitoring of emerging risks; and integrate ERM into strategic planning and business resiliency.

Lead the companys data organization by defining strategy, governance, analytics, and technology choices. Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Advise clients and executives, manage budgets and performance, mentor paid media team, implement testing and AI-driven improvements, and travel quarterly for on-site client reviews.

Drive order intake and revenue growth through strategic engagement with government reseller partners. Build pipeline, qualify and close opportunities, execute joint account plans, manage full sales cycle, ensure contract/compliance execution, and coordinate with Government ECEs and Business Units to expand market share across federal, state, and local government markets.

Owns commercial relationships for enterprise accounts, leading complex consultative sales cycles for mainframe modernization. Aligns customer goals with the Imogen platform and partners, drives pipeline and forecasting, partners with Delivery and Sales Engineering, negotiates partner-led deals, and represents the company in senior technical and business conversations to close and expand engagements.

Lead second-line oversight of enterprise issue and incident management: assess classifications, root causes, and remediation; drive investigations, lessons learned, metrics, and governance reporting; partner with business and regional risk teams to identify systemic risks and improve controls using analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Lead paid acquisition strategy and a small team to drive subscriber growth across digital channels. Own channel allocation, testing, AI-augmented workflows, experimentation, attribution, and partnerships with engineering and data to automate and scale acquisition while monitoring performance and risk.
