Support marketing communications for UPMC hospitals and services. Provide front-desk customer service on a PRN basis for a senior living community: answer multi-line phones, greet visitors, handle mail/faxes, maintain supplies, assist with meal service coverage, support managers on projects, and protect resident confidentiality while working occasional evenings and weekends.

Manage invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor payments, reconciliations, expense report review, AP sub-ledger maintenance, month-end close support, vendor communication, and ad hoc accounting projects.
