Coordinate and administer the Human Trafficking Academy's operations, design training curricula, manage budgets and fundraising, develop and supervise projects, maintain government and NGO partnerships, represent the Academy publicly, monitor policy developments, ensure participant evaluation and impact tracking, manage communications and outreach, and support event logistics and staff supervision.

Own customer billing and accounts receivable while supporting accounts payable, expense reports, reconciliations, timesheet administration, journal entries, month-end close, and project financial reporting in Unanet. Resolve billing and accounting discrepancies, maintain accurate records, support audits and program controls, and collaborate with finance, program managers, vendors, customers, and employees. The role requires three onsite days weekly in Haymarket, Virginia.

Manage temporary and traveling museum exhibitions from planning through installation. Responsibilities include coordinating curators, registrars, designers, fabricators, partner institutions, and internal departments; negotiating contracts; tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables; managing traveling exhibition marketing and logistics; creating installation manuals; and couriering objects to ensure proper care and handling. Some travel is required.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the CFO and CNO, including calendar and email management, scheduling, document preparation, filing, meetings, travel, office logistics, reception, data entry, event coordination, customer inquiries, insurance prior authorizations, and compliance activities.

Prepare and analyze investment performance, cash flow and funding projections, ALM modeling, portfolio pricing and reporting. Maintain portfolio records and sub-ledgers, ensure regulatory reporting compliance, support credit/investment quality reviews, and assist Finance leadership with forecasts, Asset Liability Committee materials, and loan participation reporting.
