Builds operational systems, trackers, SOPs, and processes using project-management, communication, and AI tools while maintaining discretion and helping reclaim the CEO’s time.

Supports daily accounting and financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, close activities, statutory filings, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. The role requires foundational accounting knowledge, accuracy, organization, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from intake through delivery. Define scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and success criteria; coordinate cross-functional teams, freelancers, vendors, and agencies; manage risks, approvals, workflows, budgets, and deadlines; and maintain schedules, dashboards, status reports, hot sheets, and organized creative assets.

Manage high-volume administration of pre-tax benefit plans (FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA), process claims and reimbursements, handle enrollments and payroll status changes, support client and participant inquiries, implement plan setups, and maintain compliance and documentation.

Provide administrative and operational support for finance and operations: process AP/AR, invoices, expense reports, maintain financial records, assist with reporting, reconcile expenses, support audits, manage data and process improvements, and perform general office administrative tasks.
