The role partners across talent teams to turn insights into improved events and campaigns.

Supports pricing, packaging, margin analysis, and commercialization of AI features. Responsibilities include modeling API and inference costs, analyzing usage and unit economics, evaluating credit and usage-based pricing, defining SKUs and entitlements, modeling promotions, monitoring commercial performance, researching AI providers and competitors, and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Partners with Finance, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Billing teams.

Designs and maintains enterprise data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, cloud platforms, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Establishes data governance, security, privacy, quality, and compliance standards; optimizes platform performance and capacity. Builds AI-ready data foundations supporting analytics, machine learning, generative AI, vector storage, and retrieval-augmented generation. Partners with technical and business teams, evaluates vendors, guides architecture decisions, supports production systems, and coaches team members.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of revenue-generating card products, including strategy, discovery, requirements, prioritization, launch, optimization, and retirement. Define roadmaps, success metrics, customer journeys, and product requirements while managing performance, P&L impacts, risks, compliance, and cross-functional dependencies. Partner with business, technology, finance, operations, legal, third-party providers, and customers to resolve complex decisions, improve experiences, and deliver growth and operational outcomes.

Leads actuarial pricing and forecasting for Medicare Part D products, including bid pricing, model development, sensitivity testing, variance analysis, and bid submissions. Uses large datasets, SAS, SQL, and Excel to improve actuarial models and processes. Manages project deadlines, collaborates with cross-functional leaders, and identifies process inefficiencies.

Supports accounting and financial reporting for wealth management entities through reconciliations, cash management, journal entries, monthly close, regulatory reporting, audit requests, internal controls, and financial analysis. The role also contributes to SOX and FRR compliance, process improvement, reporting automation, and business performance insights.
