Analyzes performance, runs experiments, and optimizes retention, engagement, acquisition, and winback initiatives.

Owns the marketing operations framework for LATAM, translating regional priorities into workflows, workback plans, approvals, asset and localization processes, launch readiness, and cross-channel execution. Coordinates global and regional stakeholders, creative resources, vendors, budgets, and campaign risks across Spanish-speaking Latin America and Brazil. Establishes workflow-tool governance, improves operational processes, tracks dependencies, and develops repeatable playbooks and retrospectives for high-frequency marketing initiatives.

Develop and optimize Crunchyroll’s Roku video player library using TypeScript and BrightScript. Design scalable, high-performance features, identify bottlenecks, participate in code reviews, and maintain engineering standards. Collaborate with engineering, product, program management, and QA teams to deliver consumer-facing streaming experiences used by millions of global viewers. Research Roku technologies and multimedia protocols to improve platform capabilities and user experience.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting Crunchyroll’s global video playback experience. Responsibilities include implementing playback configuration services, collaborating with product, design, and QA, reviewing code, debugging video delivery and API issues, owning small-to-medium features through deployment, and following testing, documentation, and deployment best practices.

Processes domestic and international vendor and contractual payments, reviews invoices and approvals, performs reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, supports tax compliance, intercompany transactions, AP reporting, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, Treasury, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely payments across multiple entities and currencies.

Develop and optimize Crunchyroll Android applications across mobile, Android TV, Fire TV, and automotive platforms. Own feature development, improve performance and reliability, address technical debt, maintain code quality, participate in code reviews and technical planning, and support on-call operations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Program Management, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable streaming experiences for millions of users.

Owns technology sourcing strategy across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, developer tools, security, hardware, software, and technology services. Leads sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, contract reviews, renewal planning, supplier governance, spend analysis, and cost optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Accounts Payable to improve purchasing controls, contract coverage, supplier performance, and service continuity.

Lead incident response for device and payment issues, develop monitoring tools, analyze data, build automations, and collaborate with partners.
