Lead the company-wide evolution of reliability, platform, and infrastructure engineering across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Set architectural direction, improve distributed-system resilience and performance, strengthen cloud and runtime security, and mature incident response through automation and operational practices. Manage, mentor, and develop engineers while leading cross-functional initiatives spanning infrastructure, customer-facing platforms, AI and data systems, and fulfillment automation.

Design, deploy, administer, and optimize large-scale, highly available Big Data platforms (Kafka, Hadoop/MapR, Aerospike). Act as hands-on staff tech lead across cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and shape infrastructure for an AI-first future.
