Manage and mentor DevOps engineers while partnering with engineering, architecture, and product teams to improve automation, security, reliability, and operational maturity across AWS or GCP environments.

Designs, manages, and optimizes on-premises Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications. Responsibilities include CI/CD implementation, security configuration, infrastructure automation, storage and networking management, troubleshooting, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery. Lead infrastructure platform direction, enable safe self-service for engineers and AI agents, improve deployment velocity and reliability, review complex technical changes, and mentor engineers. The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD at scale, progressive delivery, and internal developer tooling.
