Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for advanced hardware: translate drawings into buildable assemblies, provide DFMA feedback, define end-to-end process flows, select production equipment, develop processes for high-speed rotating assemblies, support lineside manufacturing, manage non-conformances, and create production plans, schedules, and tooling lists.

Answer phones and greet visitors; manage front-desk tasks including visitor sign-in, mail, filing, shipping paperwork, and assist Order Management. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and use office equipment and Microsoft Office to support daily operations.

Support Ground Weapons System software as an individual contributor in a DevOps environment. Provide technical contributions to modeling/simulation and complex software systems, use Atlassian, Git/Bitbucket, and languages like Python, MATLAB, C++, ADA, or Java. Apply OOD/SOLID and design patterns, decompose open-ended problems, perform debugging/root-cause analysis, and work in-person in a closed-area facility. Active Secret clearance and occasional travel (~10%) required.

Perform systems engineering tasks including technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost/risk/supportability analyses, requirements tracking, and metrics management for RF/IR/optical systems and defense programs.
