Design, build, and operate scalable distributed backend services (Node.js/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI) using event-driven patterns. Ship end-to-end features including frontend when needed, integrate LLMs reliably, improve CI/CD and developer tooling, lead architecture and mentor engineers, and ensure system reliability, observability, and scalability on Kubernetes/AWS.

Serve as primary customer contact to resolve inquiries via calls and email, troubleshoot issues, document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to improve products and workflows. Maintain strong product knowledge and de-escalation skills.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a full-stack platform and production AI systems (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows). Ship user-facing features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Lead on-site delivery of a $600M+ P3 construction project from construction through operations. Manage contracts, budgets, risk registers, schedules, stakeholder relations, quality control, reporting, and operational handover while ensuring compliance with project agreements.

Hands-on Technical Program Manager for an AI/ML platform at the AEC intersection. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated and engineer-written code, leading single-tenant to multi-tenant migration, formalizing a test suite into release-gating QA, and collaborating directly with the Lead Developer. Requires fluency in modern LLM application patterns and data pipelines.

Execute trades per firm strategies, monitor crypto markets, analyze charts and indicators, follow market news, apply risk management, record and review performance, use trading platforms, and continuously develop trading skills under mentorship.

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to grow audiences, optimize revenue, and raise institutional visibility. Troubleshoot and monitor integrations (POS, CRM, marketing, reporting) using SQL, CSVs, APIs, webhooks, logs and admin tools. Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and processes to reduce engineering dependency and ensure production data accuracy.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and travel management, call/email screening, briefing prep, vendor and project deadline tracking, document preparation, CRM data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
