Advise RF, microwave, antenna, and digital teams, perform hand and computational analysis, use SolidWorks and GD&T, and drive designs through qualification and production readiness while meeting export-control requirements.

Lead billing operations for recurring, project, and hardware-as-a-service revenue in a $100M+ MSP. Ensure invoice accuracy, ASC 606 alignment, month-end cutoffs, and cross-team validation. Drive automation, system integrations (PSA/CRM/ERP), process documentation, audit support, and manage a small team of billing specialists to improve scalability and collections.

Manage and coordinate the companys income tax compliance and strategy, lead tax provision support and nexus/sales tax research, partner with auditors and advisors, advise on tax implications of business initiatives, maintain tax controls and documentation, and provide cross-functional tax guidance to leadership.

Provide onsite administrative support to sales team and store leaders: prepare client visits, manage orders/files, schedule appointments and deliveries, prospect via social media, maintain sales materials, perform basic accounting, and deliver customer service.

Manage publicity and media relations for artists and the company: build media contacts, write and distribute press materials, coordinate interviews and media access, execute PR campaigns and promotional events, manage ticket blocks, and leverage SEO and social platforms to maintain a favorable public image.
