Lead marketing and communications strategy and execution to elevate the Foundation's brand and community impact. Manage storytelling, media relations, digital engagement, website improvements, content calendar, visual storytelling, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to increase visibility and support.

Make high-volume outbound calls to coaches and team managers to educate and secure hotel bookings through preferred partners. Track outreach and bookings in the CRM, follow up persistently, answer basic reservation questions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with the Travel team to improve conversion.

Support global People operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance (I-9/E-Verify), interview coordination, HR documentation, and process improvements to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Own and execute paid search and intent-driven acquisition across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, managing budgets, bidding, and performance vs. CPA/ROAS targets. Lead experimentation, creative testing, measurement integration, and compliance for a regulated vertical. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Lifecycle, Product, Data, Finance, and Media Ops to scale first-time shopper acquisition, ensure tracking and reporting quality, and document SOPs.

Process and verify vendor invoices, set up invoices for payment, handle expense reports, reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies, maintain vendor files, and correspond with vendors. Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and support Accounts Payable and general accounting functions.

Drive enterprise customer onboarding, adoption, and retention for US accounts. Build strategic relationships, track usage and success metrics, resolve issues, and coordinate across sales, product, support, and marketing to enable renewals, upsells, and business value.
