Design and develop mechanical systems and components for power distribution products. Perform 3D CAD modeling (Solid Edge), material selection, prototyping, BOM generation, sheet metal and mold/fixture design, and participate in design reviews, manufacturing engineering, and QA/QC processes.

Support education programs by managing participant databases, customizing Salesforce, creating dashboards and reports, performing data quality checks, conducting program evaluation and improvement work, training staff, and producing funder and compliance reporting to strengthen services and outcomes.

Ensure reliability, observability, and verifiable source-grounded outputs while working directly with founders and early customers.

Assist with coordinating and operating the Grinnell Outdoor Recreation Program, including equipment rentals, climbing wall management, and supporting trip logistics.

Provide administrative support for an early intervention program serving children birth–3: answer phones, process referrals, schedule assessments, maintain ThomConnect and Access databases, manage emails and calendars, coordinate transportation and medical records, perform office maintenance, and assist program staff under the Office Manager/Program Director.

Maintain and audit master data in the ERP, coordinate item and BOM data with PLM, resolve data integrity issues, support system implementations and enhancements, assist engineering and cross-functional teams with data entry, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

Manage onboarding, policy administration, and bordereaux workflows; ensure data integrity and SLA adherence; produce reports using Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel; collaborate cross-functionally to document SOPs and implement process improvements.

Greet customers, manage Express Lube workflow, schedule technicians, sell technicians' time, handle inquiries, ensure prompt courteous service, and maintain inventory and appearance standards.

Teach an 8-unit full-time load of undergraduate (and possible graduate) computer science and data science courses; develop and deliver inclusive, high-quality coursework; fairly assess students and maintain records per FERPA; hold office hours and mentor experiential learning. Master's required (Ph.D. preferred). Interest in applied CS, cybersecurity, and large language models, with anticipated courses including programming, data structures, machine learning, and data mining. Position begins August 2026.
