Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation. Supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll and recruitment support, workers’ compensation coordination, HR inquiries, expenses, compliance audits, and employee communications. Maintains HR procedures and resources, assists with open enrollment and total rewards projects, and monitors California meal and rest break compliance. This is an on-site, full-time role in Denver with no required travel.

Provides Tier 1 support and administration for RingCentral and NICE CXone telecom environments. Troubleshoots access, call quality, routing, device, IVR, and platform issues; monitors system health; manages users and configurations; and assists with call-flow development, testing, and documentation. The role escalates complex incidents, supports implementations, collaborates with stakeholders, and contributes to continuous improvement of cloud contact center and voice solutions. Remote within the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Serve as strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, develop multi-year account strategies, build executive relationships, drive pipeline and revenue, lead cross-functional teams, recommend security roadmaps and solutions, manage forecasting and quarterly business reviews, and execute sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
