Lead employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance with employment law, coach leaders, analyze workforce trends, and implement HR programs to improve retention, engagement, and operational alignment.

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for permanent technical and professional roles: partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, source/screen/interview candidates, maintain ATS and talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding while delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Process bi-weekly payroll for 750+ employees, resolve payroll discrepancies, ensure accurate timecard/pay actions and HRIS data integrity, produce payroll reports, handle VOE requests, and support Benefits and Payroll team.

Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation for 450+ employees. Manage enrollments, qualifying events, open enrollment, leave eligibility, claim coordination, return-to-work, payroll coordination for final pay, and maintain confidential records and trackers while working with brokers, payroll, supervisors, and claims adjusters.

Manage the full employee lifecycle for 450+ staff across schools: onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking (I-9, TB, DOJ fingerprints, credentials), state reporting, records maintenance, inbox triage, recruitment support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely reporting.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise leadership development programs. Partner with senior leaders to define outcomes, facilitate executive learning, measure impact, and continuously improve the Executive Development portfolio.

Provide individualized career coaching and group workshops, develop employer partnerships and externship-to-hire pathways, host employer events, maintain student and employer records, monitor caseloads and placement metrics, and support placement outcomes and accreditation reporting.
