Owner of full-cycle recruiting for GTM/CRO roles across the Americas, partnering with VP-level leaders and HRBPs. Build targeted sourcing strategies, run structured interviews, use ATS (Ashby) and hiring metrics to manage high-volume requisitions, improve processes, and ensure excellent candidate experiences.

Partner with HRBPs and leaders to design and execute compensation and benefits programs, lead annual merit/bonus/equity cycles, provide benchmarking and data-driven recommendations, support job leveling and process/tool improvements to ensure competitive, scalable rewards.

Partner with Sales leadership, RevOps, Finance, and HRBPs to design and maintain competitive, equitable sales compensation programs, including benchmarking, OTE strategy, pay mix guardrails, salary ranges, and governance for scaling the Revenue organization.
