Supports global HR operations by resolving employee inquiries, managing HR policies and lifecycle transactions, completing Workday updates, maintaining accurate employee data, analyzing trends, documenting procedures, supporting compliance, and partnering with HR stakeholders on process improvements and regional or global initiatives.

Partners with communications and program teams, evaluates training effectiveness, maintains learning materials, and improves adoption and proficiency.

Develops and manages sales enablement programs for Mexico, including curricula, learning journeys, e-learning courses, storyboards, training materials, and sales playbooks. Partners with sales stakeholders, facilitates virtual and in-person learning, measures program effectiveness, manages projects and events, and drives behavioral change across a multicultural organization.

Supports Salesforce and technology transformation adoption through stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness planning, role-based training, digital learning content, coaching, and user support. Partners with business leaders and implementation teams to align communications, training, and enablement. Evaluates readiness, training effectiveness, adoption feedback, and risks while maintaining training resources for evolving Salesforce capabilities.

Independently manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, market dynamics, candidate evaluation, and recruiting execution. Develop advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, and targeted outreach. Use recruiting data, dashboards, market insights, and AI-enabled tools to assess pipelines, identify risks, and improve outcomes while championing inclusive hiring and a positive candidate experience.
