Serves as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Business Partner for multiple business units. Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management, talent pipeline development, market intelligence, hiring-manager advising, inclusive recruiting, recruiting metrics analysis, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement. The role is a one-year fixed-term position with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week in a TransUnion office.

Independently manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, market dynamics, candidate evaluation, and recruiting execution. Develop advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, and targeted outreach. Use recruiting data, dashboards, market insights, and AI-enabled tools to assess pipelines, identify risks, and improve outcomes while championing inclusive hiring and a positive candidate experience.
