Team Overview
As part of Global People Operations, the team delivers support to associates, managers, and the broader HR organization across HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle transactions. The team supports activities ranging from onboarding and global mobility to vendor coordination, helping HR operations run smoothly and providing a consistent associate experience. The team serves as a resource for employees and business leaders seeking guidance on HR-related questions or concerns. This role reports to the HR Operations Manager. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, identifying and delivering effective solutions to employees, leaders, and HR teams.
- Manage cases and respond to questions involving HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR topics in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regional regulations.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, offboarding activities, and final settlements.
- Complete Workday transactions accurately and promptly while maintaining the integrity of employee information in the HR information system.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR systems teams, and other stakeholders on regional and global initiatives.
- Track, investigate, analyze, organize, and audit HR processes to support compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
- Identify trends and recurring issues from employee interactions, using findings and feedback to support process improvements.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and other process documentation to support consistent service delivery.
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments and support procedures designed to mitigate HR-related risks.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, data changes, transfers, terminations, and offboarding.
- Understanding of case management practices and the application of HR policies, procedures, and regional regulations when resolving employee inquiries.
- Experience collaborating with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support regional or global initiatives and deliverables.
- Ability to document procedures, analyze operational feedback or data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience completing and maintaining employee transactions in Workday.
- Ability to manage employee information accurately within an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
