Leads global field enablement strategy across sales, business development, customer success, and partnerships. Owns enablement KPIs, lifecycle training, playbooks, certifications, product launches, Field Kickoff, enablement technology, AI-tool adoption, coaching systems, and GTM process alignment. Develops a globally distributed team and establishes operating standards balancing central consistency with regional autonomy. Partners with senior cross-functional leaders to improve ramp time, productivity, attainment, pipeline conversion, retention, and expansion.

Leads global field enablement strategy across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Owns enablement KPIs, lifecycle training, playbooks, certifications, product-launch enablement, Field Kickoff, enablement technology, AI-tool adoption, manager coaching, and operating standards. Partners with GTM Operations, Marketing, Product, and regional leaders to improve ramp time, productivity, attainment, pipeline conversion, retention, and expansion. Lead end-to-end global onboarding (Base Camp) operations: build curriculum and infrastructure, apply instructional design and AI to content and operations, partner with stakeholders to ensure scalable, consistent new-hire and executive onboarding, track program health with data, and continuously improve the experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Customer Support and Customer Success, sourcing through offer close. Build relationships with hiring managers, use data and AI tools to improve hiring, represent Klaviyo externally, and ensure excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Coordinate end-to-end candidate scheduling and logistics (virtual and onsite) using Guide and Greenhouse; ensure high-quality candidate communication and confidentiality; manage travel and reimbursements; improve recruiting workflows and tools; support TA programs, interviewer enablement, and candidate NPS; partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
