The role requires discretion, strong organization, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and five days per week onsite.

Supervise and improve the Client Services function, handling escalated help desk issues, incident and problem management, SLAs, service standards, hardware lifecycle activities, user accounts, and technical support processes. Coordinate across IT Operations, IT Applications, business units, and vendors; coach support staff; manage projects; perform root-cause analysis; and drive customer satisfaction, documentation quality, and service delivery improvements.

Supports product teams by managing tools, systems, workflows, documentation, and operational processes. The role assists with data collection, trend analysis, project tracking, process reviews, change management, and internal feedback loops under senior guidance. Support new agent onboarding by advancing contracts, tracking background checks and fingerprints, reviewing documentation, resolving data gaps, communicating status updates, and processing system integration forms. Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including phone assistance, calendaring, and executive correspondence. Maintain accurate, compliant, audit-ready records while meeting service timelines.

Collects, maintains, logs, distributes, and archives project documentation. Performs filing, correspondence and transmittal processing, compliance reporting, records management, meeting scheduling, and project information entry. Tracks RFIs, submittals, and change orders; supports monthly reports, presentations, project procedures, manuals, and libraries. Collaborates with construction management staff, vendors, clients, and employees while managing multiple priorities and confidential records.

Handles incoming owner-relations calls involving revenue, land, division orders, joint interest billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Logs inquiries, tracks unresolved cases, follows up with clients, and provides accurate, timely, friendly responses. Builds client trust, manages difficult situations professionally, multitasks across critical issues, and participates in cross-training to improve customer experience and business operations.

Own the Global Support organization’s annual operating plan, capacity, headcount, and cost models. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, develop reporting frameworks, validate metrics, and provide executive-level insights and recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Support, Finance, Workforce Management, and People to improve productivity, staffing, cost-to-serve, vendor strategy, and customer experience. Use AI and self-service analytics tools to accelerate modeling, reporting, and operational decision-making.
