Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states. Partner with hiring managers and field leadership to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates (Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, corporate roles). Build pipelines, manage ATS documentation, report hiring metrics, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning and TA initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Process and audit bi-weekly payroll with an outsourced provider; manage HRIS payroll data, benefits deductions, timesheets, and multi-state compliance; collaborate with Accounting for labor costing, produce payroll reports, and handle employee payroll inquiries.

Lead and scale the People Operations function by optimizing recruiting, onboarding, and employee processes, while managing HR systems and metrics.

The Technical Recruiter will source and recruit for entry to mid-level roles, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate recruitment lifecycle and candidate communications, schedule interviews, maintain ATS records, manage background checks and onboarding, support recruitment events, maintain employee files, assist HR reporting and projects, and improve recruiting/HR processes.

Support bi-weekly payroll processing and off-cycle pay, process Employee Action Forms, maintain HRIS/ERP data, assist with prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, reconcile payroll reports, and back up benefits administration and employee inquiries.
