Leads sales and revenue growth for RSM’s ServiceNow strategic alliance. Sources and qualifies opportunities, develops alliance sales and go-to-market plans, manages co-selling and joint pipeline activities, conducts sales reviews, supports major deals, and coordinates internal sales, marketing, enablement, and practice stakeholders. The role builds ServiceNow relationships, drives collaboration across sales teams, removes execution barriers, and ensures compliance with alliance and firm policies.

Manages a complex commercial real estate credit portfolio through financial analysis, underwriting, risk assessment, monitoring, renewals, and credit decision recommendations. Partners with relationship managers and credit risk teams on deal structuring, pricing, due diligence, documentation, and risk mitigation. Ensures policy and regulatory compliance, identifies emerging credit issues, prepares portfolio reports for senior management, and coaches junior staff.

Prepares CAMs, renewals, ALSR reports, portfolio reviews, and risk projections with limited oversight. Identifies risks, recommends portfolio actions, resolves deficiencies, and escalates issues. May assist with employee training and special projects.

Provides investment advisory and portfolio management services to Private Bank clients. Develops investment policies, constructs and manages portfolios aligned with client goals, communicates market perspectives, and ensures compliance with investment policies. Partners with Wealth Management Advisors to acquire and retain assets under management, build client relationships, support business development, and achieve sales goals.
