Leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for a large institutional grant across the project lifecycle. Designs MEL systems, supports proposal development, oversees data collection/quality/analysis, ensures donor compliance and readiness for reviews, facilitates learning and knowledge management, and provides technical guidance and capacity strengthening to partners and colleagues. Leverages digital tools and dashboards to improve data management and reporting.

Design and build robust backend services and secure APIs for finance and reader applications. Implement authentication, payments, subscriptions, and finance workflows. Design Postgres/Redis schemas, integrate with financial APIs (BSE Star MF, NSE) and DRM services, and ensure compliance-friendly data handling.

Drive full sales cycle to win new enterprise customers for Kore.ai's conversational and generative AI platform. Prospect and build executive relationships, present ROI/value, manage multi-threaded long sales cycles, produce proposals and RFP responses, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet multimillion-dollar quota targets.

Implement, configure, test, and maintain the Cerner Perioperative application. Consult with stakeholders to map workflows, resolve issues, report risks, verify configuration requests, coach on data collection and system design, and support EHR modernization and project communications.
