Lead architecture and implementation of authentication and authorization across the platform. Build and operate Keycloak-based identity infrastructure, ReBAC authorization with Topaz/OPA, directory and user-management services, define cross-team authn/authz standards, mentor engineers, and drive technical roadmaps, risk mitigation, and secure, multi-tenant designs.

The Senior GRC Analyst will lead security and risk operations, manage compliance audits, enhance control environments, and implement AI tools for GRC processes.

Build end-to-end front-end tooling and active-learning agents for a spatial CV platform. Train and deploy lightweight CV models, create pre-labeling and annotation systems, design planogram and spatial interfaces, and iterate rapidly to deliver intuitive visual workflows for researchers and non-technical users.

Build and own the data platform backbone: design ingestion patterns, Snowflake warehouses, governance, and freshness strategy. Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes. Lead legacy migrations, create data contracts and SLAs, and apply AI-native tooling to automate debugging, documentation, and operational workflows while partnering with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors.

Manage day-to-day HR and people operations for a fully remote US workforce: employee relations, onboarding, performance and compensation cycles, engagement and culture initiatives, job architecture, PEO/payroll/benefits coordination, and partnership with leadership and recruiting to scale people processes.

Leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for a large institutional grant across the project lifecycle. Designs MEL systems, supports proposal development, oversees data collection/quality/analysis, ensures donor compliance and readiness for reviews, facilitates learning and knowledge management, and provides technical guidance and capacity strengthening to partners and colleagues. Leverages digital tools and dashboards to improve data management and reporting.

Own portions of monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; manage revenue accounting and order-to-cash; support audits, tax deliverables, and internal controls; drive finance system implementations and act as SME for tool rollouts; identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to improve finance efficiency and reporting; partner cross-functionally with RevOps and Sales.

Manage HR data and processes across the employee lifecycle, maintain and optimize Workday/HRIS (including EIB loads), monitor and resolve HR case queues, produce HR metrics reporting, support onboarding/offboarding and HR projects, and provide training and troubleshooting for HR systems.

Consult with clients to design, configure, and administer Atlassian ecosystems (Jira, JSM, Confluence). Lead cloud migrations, run discovery workshops, align processes, build training/enablement, integrate developer and identity tooling, and support enterprise adoption across multiple engagements.
