The role involves developing flexible load pilots, retail supply programs, distributed energy resource packages, and community benefit agreements, sharing market insights externally, shaping Light’s product strategy, and traveling approximately 50% to sites, events, and partner meetings.

Leads end-to-end solution design and technical delivery across enterprise insurance applications, including policy administration, billing, ECM, and underwriting systems. Guides development teams, validates technical designs, drives integration consistency, partners with business and architecture stakeholders, mitigates technical risk, and improves system reliability, scalability, and technical quality.

Lead Finalis’s quality assurance and risk oversight function within Regulatory Enablement. Responsibilities include supervising audits and continuous monitoring, supporting FINRA Rule 3120 reviews, managing issue escalation and remediation, representing the function on the Risk Committee, overseeing vendor, technology, and cyber-risk testing, and building and managing the Quality & Risk team.

Leads strategic execution across Operations by operationalizing transformation roadmaps, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations. Partners with senior leaders and business SMEs to prioritize work, structure execution plans, align stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure sustained value realization across enterprise operations.

Develop and execute a national market-development plan for aquatic chemical products. Build relationships with applicators, municipalities, irrigation districts, distributors, and water-management firms; drive sales, product adoption, education, technical positioning, customer follow-up, and market intelligence. The consultant will independently manage a national territory, support compliant product use, represent the company at industry events, and provide feedback on competition, regulations, customer needs, and registration opportunities.

Own end-to-end data platform architecture across ingestion, lakehouse, warehouse, transformation, modeling, governance, and analytics delivery. Build pipelines, Spark and SQL transformations, data models, and production code. Design Databricks or Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, implement Delta Lake and medallion architecture, establish access controls and governance, and integrate databases, SaaS applications, APIs, files, and legacy systems. Evaluate platform choices based on client workloads, licensing, skills, and cost.
