Work on PJT's Oil & Gas strategic advisory team advising on M&A, asset sales, divestitures and distressed situations. Lead transaction execution tasks including due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, negotiations, and client meetings. Conduct industry research, analyze market developments and prepare written investment and strategic analyses. Support business development and collaborate across PJT's global platform and restructuring/special situations teams.

Oversee multiple Active Adult 55+ communities across Texas, driving financial and operational goals, resident satisfaction and retention, team hiring and development, compliance, sales performance, budgeting, owner relations, and monthly site visits.

Conduct market mapping and build targeted prospect lists, run personalized multi-channel outreach, engage passive candidates, and perform initial screening to identify qualified talent for Pulley’s open roles.

Provide member-focused support across JCC programs and events, perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, communicate professionally with members and staff, meet deadlines, work proactively and as part of a team, and be flexible for occasional evenings and weekends. May perform tasks outside immediate duties to enhance member satisfaction. Requires 3-5 years experience in relevant area.
