As an Account Executive at HighRadius, you'll engage finance leaders, develop new business, close deals, and meet sales targets while traveling 40% of the time.

Provides remote technical and software support for Insperity BPS clients through phone and email. Troubleshoots software issues, modifies configurations, retrains users, documents incidents, logs workarounds, escalates unresolved tickets, maintains client records, and supports customer satisfaction. The role also monitors support channels, protects sensitive information, and collaborates with technical teams to resolve client issues.

Leads fundraising across the Houston and San Antonio territory, with responsibility for revenue growth, donor and sponsor relationships, volunteer leadership, community partnerships, and fundraising events. Develops territory strategies, recruits and supports volunteer committees, represents the Foundation publicly, uses donor databases to guide outreach, communicates scientific information accessibly, and coordinates with internal teams. The role is remote from Houston or San Antonio and requires regional travel plus occasional evening and weekend events.
