The Senior Consultant will lead healthcare consulting projects, analyze market and financial data, develop client presentations, and mentor junior team members.

Provide high-volume phone-based technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/access issues, document incidents in ServiceNow or similar ITSM, escalate complex problems, recommend process improvements, and follow security and privacy policies while working from a secure remote workspace.

Provides on-site automotive diagnostic, repair, escalation, and technical support to GM dealerships across the Tampa territory. The role resolves vehicle concerns, reduces repurchases and warranty costs, evaluates dealer service readiness and comeback processes, delivers technical training, troubleshoots Techline tools and IT issues, supports engineering and quality teams, prepares field product reports, and assists with arbitration and legal cases. Frequent territory travel, relationship management, case documentation, and technician development are required.

Leads Inato’s marketing organization and strategy, including account-based marketing for enterprise sponsors, integrated sales campaigns, product positioning, go-to-market execution, customer marketing, and advocacy programs. Establishes marketing goals and metrics tied to business outcomes while partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Strategy, and executive leadership. Coaches and develops the marketing team, builds internal product marketing capabilities, and drives measurable pipeline creation, customer expansion, and market differentiation.

Own operational reporting, diagnostic analysis, capacity planning, platform administration, system changes, process improvement, and cross-functional program execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, workforce planning, vendors, training, and quality teams to improve operational performance. Lead accountability mechanisms, roadmap alignment, AI and automation initiatives, and scaled delivery while mentoring teammates and influencing without formal authority.

Serve as the on-island liaison for the .ai TLD: manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate with GOA and Identity Digital teams, support PR/communications, deliver presentations, produce technical documentation and reports, and participate in incident reviews to ensure registry service continuity.

Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads a data science team focused on customer intelligence and personalization across digital products, apps, newsletters, and marketing channels. Develops lifetime value, segmentation, retention, recommendation, attribution, forecasting, and engagement models. Owns product funnel analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference. Partners with Product, Marketing, Editorial, Data Operations, and Engineering to translate customer behavior into product improvements, measurable growth, and scalable data capabilities.
