The Account Executive will drive sales by managing the complete sales cycle for Fresha's platform, focusing on new business generation within the beauty and wellness industries. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting demos, closing deals, and maintaining pipeline management.

Manage a sales territory of insurance agents to meet revenue and profitability goals. Recruit, onboard, train, and rehabilitate agents; monitor agent quality, audits, and account delinquencies; use Salesforce and reporting to track activity; promote incentives; and frequently travel within the territory to drive production.

Lead global managed-service engagements for multinational clients, project-managing legal entity compliance, governance and restructuring. Act as main client contact, manage scope/fees/service levels, support onboarding and business development, coordinate with global teams and third-party providers, and contribute to operational and growth initiatives.

Independent contractor sales rep who visits independent retailers across the Houston metro, cold-pitches decision-makers, places orders via a mobile app, builds relationships, and manages accounts to drive repeat, high-volume orders. Requires self-direction, local territory management, and use of company app to close sales.

Coordinate recruiting operations and candidate experience: schedule interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS data, run recruiting reports and analytics, source and engage candidates, support hiring events and community partnerships, and recommend process improvements to strengthen talent pipelines.

Provide application and aftersales engineering support for mechanical seals and rotating equipment: process application requests, create proposal drawings, perform seal calculations and failure analysis, support sales and service, manage ECNs, and liaise with global drawing offices using CAD and internal project tools.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts to drive new diners and order volume. Handle inquiries, conduct regular partner check-ins, maintain accurate interaction records, route issues, participate in training, make outbound calls, and contribute to team goals while meeting performance targets.

Support and service complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody client relationships. Coordinate account administration, resolve client issues, prepare presentations, oversee transactions with Client Support Services, monitor portfolio metrics, maintain documentation and systems, and assist advisors with compliance and account reviews. Act as an expert on investment tools and support operational and process improvements.

Sell digital marketing solutions (websites, search/display/social ads, SEO, reputation management) to small businesses via cold outreach, territory prospecting, virtual and in-person presentations. Build and manage a book of business, retain clients for residual commissions, and meet sales targets while following provided training and company processes.
