The Growth Associate at Crisp is responsible for outbound prospecting, CRM management, and supporting a Growth Advisor in generating qualified leads. This role involves communication with law firm owners, scheduling, and coordinating sales support to maintain a full pipeline of opportunities.

Provide systems support and reporting for property management platforms: maintain Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft CRM/Power Platform components, build dashboards and custom reports, assist with migrations, month-end and gross potential rent reporting, manage ShareFile and user administration, and act as first-line support for tickets and system issues.

Lead warehouse operations and teams to meet customer KPIs and financial targets. Recruit, train, develop, and retain staff; drive process improvements, safety culture, and fleet/assets optimization; manage P&L, budgets, billing, and operational planning.

Generate qualified appointments and MRR by prospecting (calls, emails, social), researching with ZoomInfo, and using HubSpot to track leads. Qualify prospects, set meetings with decision-makers, coordinate handoffs to Account Executives, attend networking events, and maintain sales process and accurate CRM records.

Lead project cost accounting: analyze project costs and budgets, prepare forecasts and cost/statistical reports, support systems/policy development, mentor junior staff, perform internal audits, assist bids and resolve costing issues, and travel regionally to support operations.

Support the full surety account lifecycle by processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and bond issuance. Lead Alleima's High Temperature business across the USA and Canada: develop and execute growth strategies, coach and manage a sales team, own strategic customer accounts, negotiate supply agreements, drive profitable sales, support quoting and forecasts, and close major opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.

Lead warehouse operations and teams to meet customer KPIs and financial plans. Recruit, train, develop and retain staff; drive process improvements, safety, fleet/utilization, and P&L performance while collaborating with customers and other sites.

Translate, post-edit, and linguistically revise e-commerce content from English into Norwegian, ensuring accuracy, adherence to glossaries and style guides, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with project managers to maintain quality in long-term localization workflows.

Manage client engagements end-to-end to identify and substantiate tax incentives.
