Lead top-of-funnel partner recruitment for Xometry's domestic manufacturing network: pitch and close partners, recruit and manage an Acquisition team, design multi-channel outreach playbooks, coach for performance, own funnel metrics and onboarding speed, analyze pipeline bottlenecks, and report results to leadership.

Provide high-level administrative, fiscal, program, and personnel support to the Provost. Manage office operations, record-keeping, faculty contracts, scheduling, communications, website updates, event coordination, and supervise student assistants. Advise leading private equity, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth and pension fund clients across the full investment lifecycle, including M&A, financings, restructurings, co-investments, syndications, exits and secondaries. Collaborate with global teams (antitrust, regulatory, financing, capital markets, funds, disputes) to deliver integrated private equity advice.

Advise on project development and finance across energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors. Draft and negotiate project and financing documentation, PPPs, multi-source financings, risk allocation and regulatory matters. Act for sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects, including energy transition financings. Collaborate with construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes teams; Houston office seeks candidates with US project finance, holdco and tax equity experience.

Serve as sales operations partner for the Quote-to-Close cycle: price deals, draft/review contracts, manage approvals, ensure compliance and ASC606/IFRS15 revenue recognition, liaise with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to optimize and close transactions.

Lead consolidation and financial reporting activities including preparing consolidated financial statements (US GAAP and IFRS), maintaining FCCS hierarchies, performing technical accounting research, supporting audits, driving process improvements and automation, ensuring SOX compliance, and delivering analysis to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
