Underwrite and analyze credit for current and prospective borrowers, prepare loan memoranda, ensure compliance with underwriting policy, support lenders and senior management, mentor/train credit staff, participate in credit reviews, and complete required external advanced credit training.

Handle inbound leads, make 30–50 calls daily, convert prospects into customers with eco-friendly pest control plans, track sales goals, stay coachable, and grow within the sales organization.

Manage PPC accounts by building, optimizing, and documenting campaigns. Analyze performance, develop strategies using best practices, partner with Account Managers, and apply industry trends to improve ROI and client goals.

Support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of a senior housing community: resident relations, income recertifications, rent collection, applicant screening, unit move-ins/outs, recordkeeping, compliance preparation for audits/inspections, marketing vacancies, and acting for the manager when absent.

Answer phones, greet and direct residents/visitors, assist Business Office with mail, statements, accounts payable, vendor verification, employee contact lists, and general office duties to support resident care.
