Develop and manage demand and supply planning for a Make-to-Order manufacturing site. Create master production schedules, balance capacity and materials, maintain inventory targets, support S&OP, coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics, and lead planning systems, reporting, and continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery and service-level goals.

Execute full-cycle monthly invoicing and project billing for A/E/C projects: prepare invoices and backups, interpret contract billing terms, set up projects in financial systems, track A/R and vendor payables, support TxDOT invoicing, ensure compliance (insurance, MWBE, FAR), and assist with collections and audits.

Own the full sales cycle including pricing negotiation, implementation, and post-sale support. Sell agreement-based services and develop new agreement business to meet monthly quotas. Target accounts, prepare offers, manage and update CRM funnel daily, support renewals per policy, refer opportunities to other sales resources, assist with customer relations and collections, and report progress to sales management.

Lead finance strategy and P&L for a specialty chemicals manufacturer. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash and working-capital management, lender relations, M&A support, and systems/process improvements. Build and mentor the finance team and present insights to executive leadership and the board.

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close for designated facilities.
