Own and maintain Wasabi's end-to-end revenue forecast and master model across products, regions, sales pods, and cohorts. Build what-if scenarios, reconcile ARR/bookings/billings/GAAP revenue, produce regular review packages, and lead variance walks. Manage the full lifecycle of California workers' compensation claims from intake to closure, handling high-exposure and complex claims, determining compensability and reserves, coordinating litigation and medical management, negotiating settlements, providing customer and agent support, and mentoring junior adjusters while improving claims processes.
