Manage the full customer lifecycle for Fortune 500 and high-growth startup accounts, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, mitigate account risks, simplify technical concepts, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role is based in Radar’s NYC headquarters Monday through Thursday, with remote work available Fridays.

Build and operate foundational developer infrastructure across CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test platforms. Own services from architecture through production, including SLOs and on-call operations. Build and own CRM features and workflow automations supporting sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. Develop full-stack functionality using Next.js, FastAPI, Inngest, and related technologies; partner with teams to automate workflows; create agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation; and manage features from planning through monitoring and refinement. The role requires strong web development expertise, product sense, autonomy, communication, and experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks and orchestration tools.

Conduct risk-based penetration tests, assumed-breach exercises, adversary simulations, and purple-team engagements across enterprise systems, applications, networks, identity platforms, and cloud environments. Evaluate preventive, detective, and response controls, validate detection and incident-response effectiveness, and translate technical findings into risk-based remediation recommendations for technical teams, executives, Internal Audit, and the Audit Committee. Build an independent, continuously improving offensive-security assurance program.

Provides executive administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer, including calendar and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, minutes, action-item tracking, and special projects. The role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to support a virtual workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the company’s information security operations and reports to the CISO. Oversees SIEM, threat detection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident response, SOC 2 Type II compliance, third-party risk, security awareness, cloud and endpoint security, and regulatory cybersecurity coordination. Manages security policies, breach readiness, tabletop exercises, KPIs, audits, and emerging technology evaluations while partnering with IT, infrastructure, compliance, regulators, and executive leadership.

Own core product areas end-to-end for a B2B SaaS childcare platform: conduct user research, synthesize customer and CS feedback into roadmaps, partner with Engineering to scope and deliver features, prioritize with data, and drive continuous product improvements.

Manage strategic enterprise SaaS accounts, guiding implementation, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Build relationships with business and IT executives, create customized success plans, monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and deliver business reviews. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Solution Integrators to ensure successful deployments and achieve retention and growth targets.

Own the full-cycle sales process, closing inbound deals and generating outbound pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Develop the company’s initial sales motion, including ICP definition, messaging, pricing conversations, CRM processes, and repeatable playbooks. The role requires cold outreach, flexible sales execution across deal sizes, and daily in-person collaboration with the founding team in New York City.
