Lead UI engineering for a new game franchise by building production-quality UI systems, workflows, and tools in C++ using Unreal Engine 5. Manage and mentor UI engineers, provide technical guidance across gameplay disciplines, and collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to deliver responsive player experiences. Responsibilities include HUDs, menus, fonts, localization workflows, and developer tools.

Own the UI visual and motion language for educational gaming products. Develop design systems, production-ready interface assets, animations, transitions, reward feedback, and motion graphics. Implement and optimize work in game engines, collaborate with engineering, product, and game design, establish craft standards, mentor artists, and guide future UI and motion workflows.

Supports project planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting. Serves as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, removing impediments, and coaching teams on Scrum practices. Maintains project timelines and metrics while promoting accountability, business value, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Lead client-facing engineering coordination for a AAA Unreal Engine project. Partner with engineering leaders and external studios to scope work, clarify requirements, review designs and code, resolve technical issues, manage risks, and ensure quality delivery across distributed teams. Provide technical guidance in gameplay and animation, support integration and stabilization, and maintain alignment with partner architecture, priorities, and development processes.

Oversees casino operations for compliance with federal, state, and tribal laws and gaming regulations. Performs internal audits, evaluates accounting and operational controls, identifies risks and deficiencies, investigates suspected fraud or noncompliance, and recommends corrective actions. Prepares audit reports for regulatory review, monitors post-audit remediation, and ensures adherence to MICS and TICS. The role requires impartiality, strong analytical and communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and availability for varied schedules, weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.
