Implement resilient async workflows (queues, retries, idempotency), integrate payments and data storage, write tests and maintain code quality, prototype quickly, manage technical debt, and collaborate closely with founders to scale the product and infrastructure.

Create memorable high- and low-resolution 3D character and creature assets, model and texture in a unique visual style, collaborate across disciplines, work within technical constraints (Unreal Engine, Maya, multi-platform), and help evolve internal art pipelines.
