Own day-to-day People Operations, including payroll, benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, compliance, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, reporting, and automation. Lead process improvements, maintain Paylocity data integrity, advise employees and managers, manage a People Operations team member, and provide People leadership with actionable insights, risks, and recommendations.

Manages sourcing and production for games and consumer products, coordinating manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include production schedules, purchase orders, bills of materials, quotations, cost analysis, negotiations, materials selection, quality, logistics, and delivery timelines. The role oversees multiple projects, mitigates production risks, tracks performance, and improves sourcing and supply-chain processes.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain game software for console, PC, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to define and implement features, deliver systems to specification, provide ongoing technical support, and balance scope, quality, and development pace.

Supports the General Counsel and legal department with contract review and drafting, corporate governance, compliance filings, records management, litigation and intellectual property matters, subpoena responses, legal correspondence, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also manages legal projects, contract deadlines, corporate entities, and cross-department education on legal policies.

Develop and optimize real-time graphics features, rendering techniques, and visual effects for game projects. Work with C++, game engines, shading languages, graphics APIs, rendering hardware, and console platforms. Analyze performance, implement low- and high-level optimizations, support art and design teams, collaborate across disciplines, guide rendering technology direction, and mentor junior engineers.

Build and ship cross-platform client applications and features for a cloud gaming platform. Own UI architecture, develop 1st-party clients, optimize client performance, contribute to technical roadmap, and take greenfield projects from inception to production while collaborating closely with leadership and users.

Own the technical foundation for cross-platform marketing tools used by internal teams and external partners. Build React Native mobile apps for iOS and Android, responsive web interfaces, dashboards, server-rendered pages, real-time data systems, third-party CRM and marketing integrations, AI-powered features, and device hardware integrations. Manage full-stack development across frontend, APIs, infrastructure, and observability.

Manage multi-million-dollar user acquisition and retargeting budgets for mobile games. Plan, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns, build media-partner relationships, monitor ROAS and KPIs, coordinate with creative and ASO teams, identify automation opportunities, and present acquisition results to senior leadership.

Lead the visual effects discipline for game projects by defining VFX style, creating real-time effects, establishing workflows, managing performance budgets, and mentoring artists. Collaborate with art, engineering, design, production, and QA teams; provide scheduling and resource estimates; conduct reviews; support hiring; document processes; and solve complex technical implementation challenges across console and PC platforms.
