Serve as employee resource for routine payroll and leave questions, coordinate claim documentation, and support W-2, ACA reporting, new hire payroll setup, and HR reporting.

Lead procurement and purchasing for the plant, sourcing raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies. Manage inventory transfers, supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFPs, supplier onboarding, and supplier programs. Supervise the purchasing team and partner with operations, quality, and finance to ensure continuity, cost control, and food safety compliance.

Lead process controls and electrical engineering for site construction, expansion, and equipment design. Develop standards, manage projects, vendors, budgets, and technical specifications. Ensure GMP, FDA/USDA/OSHA compliance, reduce operating costs, and support multi-plant controls initiatives.

Lead R&D of intelligent automation and smart machine capabilities for industrial baking equipment. Design, prototype, test, and implement PLC-based controls, diagnostics, machine vision, data collection, predictive maintenance, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Technical Services, and customers for commissioning, troubleshooting, standards, and scalable solutions to improve uptime, reliability, and serviceability.

The Administrative Assistant manages customer service, inventory reporting, accounts payable, and assists with grading and weighing transactions while collaborating with departments.

Sell uniforms and work apparel to state and local government agencies across a multi-state territory. Develop leads, manage large accounts, conduct sales calls/presentations, attend tradeshows, collaborate with marketing and partners, and track activity in Salesforce to meet annual and long-term sales goals. Heavy travel required (60-65%).

Support sales team with territory coverage: deliver samples, build displays, offer tastings, assist merchandising and product placement, ensure product freshness, promote portfolio, handle customer inquiries, and pursue new on- and off-premise business. Evening and weekend availability required.
