Build written policies (Form ADV, AML/KYC, custody), run multi-fund monitoring and GP due diligence, manage exams and regulator relationships, advise on fund structuring and conflicts, and define organizational substance, books-and-records, and cybersecurity compliance for a scalable platform.

Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support to Sales and internal teams using SQL, Databricks/Count, and spreadsheets. Clarify requirements, investigate discrepancies, resolve basic data issues, support routine data operations, and create reusable queries/reports and documentation to enable self-service.

Develop and maintain scalable investment portfolio management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system correctness and client trust, focusing on complex domain logic.

Build, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform), manage EKS and serverless environments, create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/New Relic), support Postgres/RDS (Aurora), lead incident response and define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/error budgets).
