The Channel Partner Manager at Paystand is responsible for developing relationships with VARs, managing partnerships, and collaborating with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth within the ERP ecosystem.

Support Corporate Banking through credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and client service. Prepare underwriting packages, credit memorandums, and loan presentations; perform cash flow and ratio analysis; monitor covenant compliance and borrower performance; coordinate with Credit Administration; participate in client meetings; and assist with closing and funding.

Build and operate the infrastructure for Ornn Fabric across heterogeneous GPU clusters and datacenters. Design and implement provisioning, scheduling, isolation, monitoring, and node management systems. Build infrastructure software (Rust, Python), operate Kubernetes and Slurm, debug across stack layers (Linux, networking, storage, virtualization, GPUs), and automate lifecycle management to ensure predictable reliability and observability.

Lead partner and platform marketing to drive merchant awareness, acquisition, onboarding, and activation across verticals. Own GTM strategies, co-marketing, onboarding playbooks, partner-facing assets, and analytics to optimize activation velocity. Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, product, operations, design, and legal to scale embedded finance integrations and merchant usage.

Lead and scale IT operations: hands-on help desk triage, account and endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and budget ownership, FinOps pipeline design, security and backup/DR, workflow automations, and mentoring a small IT team while building processes and automations to reduce manual effort.

Lead process assessments, design target operating models, document processes and controls, and drive process improvement and control enhancements for investment banking operations. Manage stakeholders across Operations, Change, and Business teams to embed sustainable changes and improve margin/payment accuracy.

Manage a ~50-account portfolio focused primarily on revenue retention and renewals, with secondary responsibility for account expansion via payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk accounts, execute retention plans, drive adoption, forecast renewals, and deliver measurable ARR outcomes.
