Lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting for US, Brazil, and Mexico subsidiaries. Own GAAP accounting, close processes, tax and payroll compliance, audits, and intercompany reconciliations. Scale and mentor AP/payroll teams, drive ERP/automation and AI implementations, manage external advisors, and deliver timely financials and analyses.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, manage AP and PR-to-PO processes, assist auditors and tax consultants, review employee expense reimbursements, create virtual cards, and produce ad-hoc financial reporting to support the US Controller.

Lead company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Build and maintain financial models, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, partner with finance and business teams to align resources, and own key analyses while improving processes.
