You will play a key part in the development of various business models, monthly & quarterly report packages for senior management and support short and long-term planning process.


About The Role:

  • Build & develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis projects, providing management added value and supporting business decisions
  • Financial budgeting and on-going forecasting, while engaging various stakeholders in the company
  • Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive actionable insights
  • Take on the monthly and quarterly closing process (provisions, analysis, monthly reports, and presentations)

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst from companies with high-growth
  • Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Grounded and original problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion
  •  Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent
  • Experience working with reporting systems (TM1, Adaptive Insights etc.) – advantage
