Oversee Chancery accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll review, accounts payable/receivable, financial analysis, budgeting support, audit coordination, and supervise Accounts Payable Coordinator while ensuring compliance with policies and fund restrictions.

Manage a section of accountants responsible for governmental, internal service, fiduciary, and permanent fund accounting. Oversee preparation of financial statements, year-end close, audits (CAFR, SEFA/SESA), debt issuance, grant accounting, internal controls, and staff supervision. Provide technical guidance on accounting standards, prepare analyses and forecasts, and serve as liaison to auditors and regulators to ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance.
