Partners with engineering and product leaders, including the CTO, to manage departmental budgets and inform investment decisions. Uses financial planning and BI tools such as Pigment, Tableau, and Metabase. The role is hybrid and requires three office days weekly.

The FP&A Manager, GTM will lead go-to-market reporting, budgeting, forecasting, pipeline coverage modeling, and unit economics analysis. The role partners with sales and marketing leadership on channel investments, sales capacity, quota coverage, headcount planning, and strategic opportunities. Responsibilities also include building scalable reporting processes, conducting variance and ad hoc financial analyses, and improving measurement standards in a fast-growing, remote healthcare company.

Supports accounting and financial reporting for wealth management entities through reconciliations, cash management, journal entries, monthly close, regulatory reporting, audit requests, internal controls, and financial analysis. The role also contributes to SOX and FRR compliance, process improvement, reporting automation, and business performance insights.

The Financial Analyst supports the Sales organization through budgeting, forecasting, commission calculations, and financial performance analysis, while driving strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Build fully loaded P&Ls, analyze sales productivity and commissions, lead monthly and quarterly reviews, and influence senior leaders. Automate recurring reporting and forecasting through AI-assisted workflows, self-service analytics, and LLM-based tools while improving finance processes in a rapidly scaling environment.

Own FP&A modeling, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for Rapid7’s Sales and Marketing organizations. Partner with senior stakeholders on headcount planning, sales capacity, marketing ROI, resource allocation, and strategic growth decisions while improving scalable financial processes and leveraging AI-enabled tools.
